Alpa Solanki is a dedicated finance professional who holds a Master’s degree from Swinburne University. She graduated in December 2021 with a strong focus on finance, where she honed her skills in market research, critical analysis, and communication.
During her academic years, Alpa completed a six-month internship with a trading firm. There, she worked on executing derivative option trading strategies. This experience allowed her to apply her academic knowledge in real-world financial scenarios. Moreover, it strengthened her understanding of client-focused financial services.
Currently, Alpa Solanki works as a Customer Service Manager at Absolut Financial. In this role, she supports clients through various loan and finance processes. She manages client queries, supports documentation workflows, and ensures seamless client experiences. Furthermore, her work contributes to Absolut’s mission to deliver smart, fast, and personal financial services.
Alpa is passionate about continuous growth. She regularly participates in webinars and professional training sessions. In addition, she is eager to deepen her understanding of the banking industry.
Outside of work, Alpa enjoys yoga, reading, and exploring Melbourne’s culinary scene. She also values time spent with family and friends.
